False claim made by byer.

I had a buyer contact me 22 days after receiving their item stating that it was received broken. I asked why they waited 22 days and they got angry about the question. I requested a photo of the box and item but they never sent either. Then they posted a negative review and said I told them it was their problem. I did not say these things and have the messages to prove it. How do I get the false and negative review removed?
