I sold an item. After printing a shipping label, I clicked on the "leave feedback" link. That called up a page that looked different - the comment section was already prefilled with some imaginative story. Paraphrasing, it said that I had been looking for this item, compared two other listings, and liked the packaging of this one. And when I received it, it was even better than I had expected.
This was pre-written from the perspective of a buyer, and I am a seller!
Is this a glitch by Ebay? Are they prefilling comments based on sales of similar products? If a buyer posts positive feedback for me, can I trust it to be accurate?
Of course, I canceled the suggestion, entered the feedback forum from a different direction, and posted genuine feedback from my perspective. But this is baffling.

That is not a feedback comment, just a suggestion of what a feedback comment looks like.
Just try typing into the comment box and you should be able to enter your own comment.

Sorry but that is clearly messed up and ebay is to blame.
