FRAUD seller globedealfield wastes TIME!

I bought a "Professional Mini Single Earhook Headset Head-mounted Headworn Microphone" from globedealfield on Nov 13, 2017. Item# 162639630683. The item never arrived. I contacted the seller multiple times, each time the seller just asking if it should be reissued. I finally opened a case in the Resolution Center and the seller just kept toying with me, each time asking if it should be issued. Of course yes, hurry up... hurry up... finally the moment I asked eBay to step in and "Please make sure they actually send it this time" within seconds, a refund was issued.

I never asked for a refund!!

I need to report this bad seller! If I'd known this was going to happen I could have bought from another seller back in NOVEMBER when I needed this item for work! This seller is fraud. This seller wastes time. HELP!
