Hello Community,
I sold a Solid Gold Class Ring which was returned to me by eBay's authenticator team due to a difference between the ring's stone and the description of such a stone on the listing. I received the ring all scratched on the band girdle and inside of the band made by a tester guy. Although is genuine 14k solid gold, the condition caused by the scratching is going to affect a new selling price. I tried different venues on the eBay website to make a claim but there is nothing there that helps in that situation.
Could anybody please advise me about how to get compensation from eBay?
