Ebay requires reimbursement but when i proceed with paymant - it is not working

Hello.

I own ebay reimbursement.

I want to cover that AMT - but I can not. Even if i check that reimbursement is being paid by paypal... it requires my visa data.

When it is done - Ebay gives a message " Oops... something went wrong.."

And I am not able to sell.. and I am not able to pay this fee.

Please help.

I do not want to call US - since it is coslty and have to hang on line for half an hour.
