Duplicate FedEx shipping charge on my invoice.

I noticed a duplicate FedEx charge on my invoice. Two charges, same amount, even the tracking number is the exact same. I called in and reported the issue. The second time I called they said something like this happened before and they'll address the issue. Its been two days now, I have not seen a refund. Anyone been in this situation? If so, what was the resolution?
