Someone is selling lottery items for a private club I belong to. The lottery winners haven't even been announced, and these people are selling the items as if they have them in hand. I try reporting by auction, but it's more a product issue and a date that shouldn't be allowed to be sold. Just curious is there is an address or something where this information can be communicated with eBay.
