I have searched everywhere on the site - as a seller I sell over $500K a year on ebay and I cant get a customer service representative on the phone.
I am a "top rated seller" and this is how I am treated?
Does anyone else find this to be "fair" or bad business practice? Why would you make it so difficult to contact customer service?
