Didn't win URL is redirecting to a current listing

When I click on a link in my Didn't Win list, the URL is not followed.  The response page is redirected to some listing that pretends to be "similar" to the item that was not won.  This is not helpful at all, and it did not used react this way.  Can this be restored to the prior behavior.? It seems that this behavior is also happening in a more general context, so that if I send a link to an item that has completed to a friend, the friend is also redirected away from the completed listing.  Again, this is not helpful.  If we wanted to search for a current listing, that is what we'd do in the first place.  In effect, we have lost a valuable feature.
