i Recently listed an item on Ebay and they removed the listing .Because they said it was Fake or Counterfeit . HMMMM    I Purchased this same item from off Ebay in 2015 from a seller on Ebay ..wondering how come i purchased it  from Ebay if it was counterfeit ..

ebay can't locate all counterfeit items, which is why there is a REPORT ITEM on every listing.

If the message includes the term VERO, do not relist the item.  The manufacturer of that item does NOT want it listed on ebay, so when any VERO member contacts ebay about a listing, ebay removes the listing.
