Contacting a previous bidder on an expired item

I had a car listed and received a bid, which I refused.  The item ad expired.  I relisted the car a second time but did not receive an offer from the previous bidder.  I wish to contact the previous bidder and see if they might be interested in bidding with the same offer again, or something close.  How do I contact the bidder?

Ebay has no way of talking to an agent to ask this question.  Sad!!!!

That's not allowed. Sellers are not permitted to send unsolicited messages to buyers. It's considered spam.

If your buyer is still interested, he will bid, offer, or contact you.
