@gotta-have-it-collectables   That is odd.   This looks like the app.   I suggest you remove the app,  restart your phone, reinstall the app.     

Also double check all addresses in account settings to make sure your account was not hacked:

Try clearing cache and data in the eBay app.

Make sure your country location is set correctly in the app, if possible.

Alternatively, use a browser rather than the eBay app.

To tag another user, start with an "@" symbol, start typing the username, then select the username from the options shown.

I think eBay would want to look into if they were Hacked?
