I just noticed my payout was $15 less than it should be. Upon closer inspection, I realized I was charged for three shipping labels even though I only paid for one. I guess this person lived in the UK and had their package sent to a hub and the hub created a new shipping label and I was charged. Is that right? Why wasn’t I aware that I was going to be charged for three labels? Seems like a scam.

I looked at one sold item, and it uses the ebay International Shipping program. That means you send the item to a hub (Glendale Heights, IL, but there are others). You are charged only for the domestic shipping. The buyer is charged the international shipping charge.
Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order, and click on Order Details to see the itemized charges.

Thank you! I did do that and was charged 3 separate times for labels on 3 different days! so those three labels were subtracted from the total which makes no sense to me
