Cancelled Item

Hello,
Is there a way to review a seller who cancells items they they feel the current bid is too low for? It has happened several times where I am excited to be the highest bidder and have the auction almost ending, only to be emailed hours before it ends stating the seller has cancelled the bid. The seller than puts the item back up and does it again until they get the price they want. They could simply put a minimum bid they would be okay accepting, but I feel doing it this way is unfair and always disappointing to the buyer. Is there a way to warn others a seller does this, or to leave feedback for the seller?
