Cancellation of order refund not received

I cancelled an order for a customer on the 25th, they still have not received their money back.  Now they are getting upset with me, how long should this refund take to process

It can take several days for a refund that is processing to show on their statement. As long as they received a confirmation of the cancellation from eBay, the refund is processing. It's not something within your control.

If they paid with a credit card, it could take a few weeks for the refund to show up in their account.
