I sold an item on eBay and unfortunately I cannot find it. I've been in contact with the buyer and told her what happened and she seemed understanding. But in the meantime, has asked Ebay for a refund. I don't know how to proceed, so that she is refunded and my fees are credited back to me. Please give me some advice! Thanks!
