Cancel a sale

Did not realize was an in person pick up only. Seller is not replying to messages. They are in California and I live near st louis and it isn't reasonable to expect someone to fly half way across the country for a vacuum.  I offered to pay for shipping but they are not responding. Ebay has jo options for this in their help area. What can I do?

Go to your Purchase history and select to CONTACT SELLER and explain that you did not realize the listing was for Local Pickup, so it needs to be cancelled with the reason Problem with buyer's address.  There will be no defect for either party and seller will get the FVF credited.
