Go back to the return case and use the option in the case to close it. Be aware that you cannot reopen a return, so don't do this unless you are satisfied with the item and there is nothing more you need from the seller.
(If a seller ever instructs you to close a return in order for him to resolve the problem, don't do it - instead, go back to the case and use the option to ask eBay to step in to force the refund.)
