Can you ship to Kazakhstan with Global Shipping Kazakhstan?

I have a customer wanting to order an item and they are asking me to ship it to  Kazakhstan.

I looked at one of your listings, and it uses the GSP.  Kazakhstan is not on the list.  If you want to ship to your customer, you will need to use the USPS  priority international to send to your buyer, or you can just tell the buyer you will not ship to Kazakhstan.
