Can't find shipping payment info.

I recently sold an item, paid for shipping and shipped the item.  I received my payout but it didn't show any shipping fees deducted.  I also checked my payment options and didn't see any shipping deductions in those accounts.  I can't seem to find where I paid for shipping.

Sellers in Managed Payments can pay for shipping labels from pending payouts or Paypal.  

The next time you print shipping labels, scroll all the way down and you can make the change there:

I understand.  I just can't find anywhere where I paid for shipping.  Pretty poor system when I paid for something and can't find a record of it.  I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to find a paper trail of something I paid for.
