Buyer claims shoes are fake wants return keeps changing story on why he thinks its fake.

Title sums up my problem. Buyer claims the shoes are fake, thought I provided reciept NWT in box.

First reason for being fake was because they don't look like some he has saw on the internet.

he then changed his story that the box looks fake, seriously a fake box?

he than admitted that he just didn't want the shoes anymore after i proved they were real with reciept.

But... Ebay turns the case over to his favor so I get stuck with the return fee's????

Can anyone help me out? It's a $22 fee that i'm going to take in for no reason because the buyer doesn't like them(probally didn't fit him)

For Item Not as Described Case, eBay rules in favor of the buyer.  It is best to cooperate with the buyer, issue a return shipping label, and then refund when you receive the items back.  This avoids a defect on your account which you earn if buyer escalates to eBay.

Sell the shoes again and add $22 to the price.
