“Buyer” cancellations

My Jeep was up for auction all week.  In the last 30 minutes a new “buyer” appeared and out bid everyone.  However, when I reached out to them, they requested cancellation of their bid, without explanation (only “bid by mistake”).  What are my options?  At least I should be able to report this person on the platform, right?

Some people apparently enjoy ruining auctions.  Reporting this scammer will not help.  You can't force the nonpayer to buy.  Cancel the transaction due to Nonpayment, the bidder will get an Unpaid Item Strike, you can relist.

Make sure your buyer requirements are set to block bidders with two or more Unpaid Item Strikes.
