Buyer asked to delay shipping. This will hurt my account. How do I resolve?
If the buyer has paid, send a message to let them know you are required by eBay to ship when cleared payment is received. Ask them if they can have the carrier hold the package for pick up or have a friend or neighbor accept the package.
If you can't resolve this then you can cancel the transaction. Let the buyer know this before you cancel.
