I bought a DVD for $11.54 on Ebay. Paid for it via PayPal. Item never arrived and now I do not see it in my purchases. It shows all the details in Ebay and the money was taken out of my personal account. I have no Seller to contact in Ebay as it is not there as a purchased Item. It shows the Ebay Commerce and when I try PayPal it requested I contact Ebay Commerce but they do not show a sale?? So Ebay takes the money! PayPal deducts it from my Bank account then PayPal tells me to contact the seller!! Well they know where the money went. This used to be safe Ebay and Pay with PayPal is this the new Scam and PayPal will not open anything as I cannot Down load a response from Ebay???? What can I do. I know it is $11.54 but if they are scamming $11.54 at a crack it adds up. Any assistance would be appreciated.

@greatestgreen Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
If you need help starting a refund request here's how to contact customer service.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
