If the buyer pays freight, why am I being charged for shipping?

The buyer pays YOU for shipping & handling, and you use that money to pay the carrier for the shipping label.

The buyer pays YOU, the seller for the shipping (what you referred to as "freight"). You, the seller, pay the shipping cost to the shipper.
