Automatic Payment

I'm writing to whine and complain about the way eBay does things.  I want to contact customer service because I don't like the way the automatic payment system is set up.  I don't want to deal with all the B.S. right now, I just want to make my sentiments known and see what they do to make it better, (probably nothing.) Here are the things that really irritate me:

 

  • Clicking the "Contact Us" link only to get funneled through the FAQ section.
  • Having to navigate through the FAQs by selecting topics which aren't necessarily relevant.
  • Finally making it through that nonesense to find that I must call them and can't simply send an email.
