I'm quite sure that in the seller auction listing page (both active and sold), if there were any flagged as "awaiting answer", the seller could select an action to "mark as answered." That option seems to have disapppeared.
I have several auctions where the communication is finished. There is no need to respond back to the buyer. And yet... they are "awaiting answer." I don't like to ignore this, as I'm sure that eBay keeps track of communication timing and would then use this to count against my seller profile.
Is eBay aware of this? Any other way around it? Thanks.
