A buyer asked us when we would have more in stock of a certain item. We checked the listing and every color / size variation is incorreclty showing up as "out of stock."
We revised the listing and verified there are sufficient quantities for each color / size variation but that didn't seem to help. We've also enabled the option that says "listing stays active when out of stock" just in case but nothing seems to help.
Hoping someone can point us in the right direction here.
