Account suspension

Ebay erroneously said I had outstanding fees and threatened suspension.  I called and they made an error on shipping labels and said forget about it.  They made a mistake.  I got another email today that says my account has been reinstated and thanked me for my payment.  I never owed or paid anything and my account was never suspended.  It’s also a no reply email.  This is infuriating.  I would like an apology and an accurate rendition of what happened.  I don’t want it to look like I had outstanding fees.  What can I do?

That's probably a generic computer-generated response to the suspension cancellation.  The computer is subject to the limitations of its programming.  Don't get all upset ... at least the mistake was corrected, and isn't that the important thing?
