Account restriction

My account appears to be restricted as I attempted to list an item and received a message stating I cannot sell on the the site, but can still browse and buy.

I haven't listed anything in quite sometimen (years), but previously all my seller feedback was 100% positive. I went to the message center and there is nothing stating my account was suspended. Then I checked to see if there was an account balance and it showed a .30 balance for using a listing "designer" service, which I don't ever recall doing, but since it was only .30 I paid it and have cleared the balance, but still restricted. Doesn't appear to be any place to contact a representative to resolve or at least find out why my account is restricted. Where do I  go from here to resolve the issue?

You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance.

 

1. Select the live chat or call back option on the left hand side of this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.

 

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
