Account Level is not updating to Above Standard

While all our performance and feedback is excellent, we had one too many products that we ran out of and had to cancel the orders that put us just below the threshold. We finally got the % down below 2 for the upcoming evaluation, but, that date came and went and it shows we are still below standard even though the percentage was acceptable well ahead of the 20th of the month and the account now says "if we evaluated you today you would be Above Standard".  This is costing us and additional 6% on every sale, and our page has no phone number available to call to talk to a service rep to correct the error.
