Accepted an offer that had many variations. How to sell this one item to him?

I have accepted an offer for a listing that had many variations. He would be buying one of my variations, how do I proceed in selling this one card to potential buyer? I have indicated thru answer email that I would accept the offer. I did not have MAKE AN OFFER  on the listing.

Add Best Offer by revising the listing. 

Then buyer would pick variation and quantity as part of making the offer

Thanks, but that did not work.  This listing has variations and does not offer MAKE BEST OFFER.

I deleted that card and asked the buyer to email me and will have to list it individually.  Thanks for trying.
