Unable to leave a feedback and unable to decline an offer. I can not delete the offer after saying I declined it. It just states it is unavailable., and will not let me delete it.

I'm having trouble with feedback also. I tried to leave a positive, but there is no button to submit feedback.

Try using a browser instead of the app to leave feedback or decline an offer.
