Why I can't appeal?

Bought a pickleball paddle recently. Its condition was much worse than pictures. I requested for a return and the seller rejected it. I attempted to appeal it but, not allowed. No idea why. Is that because I picked wrong reason for return? I chose 'I didn't like'. I meant I didn't like its condition. Also, I left a (neutral) feedback about poor communcation from the seller but, the feedback has disappeared. What's going on here? Very frustrated.

I didn't like it is considered a remorse return and the seller can deny a remorse return if they don't accept returns.

You should have selected the item doesn't match the description as the reason to return.

If you paid through Pay Pal, you can open a case with them.

Also if you paid by credit card, contact your card company.  Yep, you used the wrong choice.  Has to be not as described.
