E-bay per item fees

We were investigating ebay Sell APIs mentioned in the eBay Developer platform. We are able to fetch the details of the ebay orders using the API. But we are unable to find the details of the fees that eBay charges per item as a platform and ad fees. Could you please guide us on how we can proceed?

The Finances API will return fees paid to eBay, but others have complained they can not split an order into per-item (I have not tested):

The Inventory API will return selling fees that are calculated at listing creation.  Obviously, this method can not predict after-sale fees that might be incurred.
