You are new to selling, and all new sellers are subject to a 30 day hold on their funds in case a return is requested. Sorry, but no call will change that.

Horrible! I lost the coin due to a buyer scam including his sudden desire for a refund right after shipping. Haven't received the coin back and ebay refuses to release the hold on my account so I can get paid. Do not use ebay if you are a seller!!!!! They hold your funds, don't protect sellers at all, and the restrict your account from start to finish! Worst selling outlet in the history of commerce!!! DO NOT SELL ON EBAY, PERIOD!!! USE ETSY or anywhere else!!! I repeat, don't use ebay to sell!!
This is against policy and you could be reported. You also have a buyer claim they had to pay extra for postage on delivery. That with a negative, you are not off to a good start.
Sorry, I see that FB is from a buyer TO you. You can report that and have it removed. My error!
