How Can you cancel something that you have clearly listed?

What is it that you are trying to do? End an active listing or cancel an order? Something else?

To end a listing, select End listing from the dropdown next to the item in your Active items list.

To cancel an order:

• If the buyer sent a cancellation request, accept it though the message you received.
• If the buyer contacted to to ask if you would cancel the order, select Cancel order from the dropdown next to the sold item transaction and choose the reason that the buyer requested the cancellation.
• If you want to cancel an order for your own reasons, select Cancel order from the dropdown next to the sold item transaction and choose the reason that the item is damaged/out of stock.
