Refund issue

I recently cancelled an order and the seller refunded my money, so I thought that was it, issue resolved right? But the day after I received my refund, Ebay has charged me again for the order was already cancelled and refunded. Why has Ebay charged me again? It says pending on my bank account. What to do?

How soon did you file the cancellation?  If you did it immediately after payment, the seller refunded you out of his funds.  ebay had not yet charged your account and credited the seller, so I am guessing you are finally seeing the charge, which you have already been credited.  Now the seller needs to be reimbursed for refunding you.

I asked for a refund within 2 hours of the purchase. I did contact ebay and they said it was a pre authorization charge? It has been pending on my bank account for a few days. So what you're saying is once it's finished pending I should receive my money back?
