Unpaid buyer where is it listed on their information

I went back to give feedback on my unpaid item and it said I had reached the time limit. Then I looked for where Unpaid was listed on the buyers account and could not find anything. If that is the case then there was no consequence for the buyers not paying. Am I missing something?

Ebay keeps track of buyers unpaid strikes but they do not show in feedback. 

You can set you seller requirements to block buyers with more than one strike .
