Has anyone received a request to pay with paypal friends and family? is there any risk involved? Does ebay allow it?

Do not accept the idea of having a buyer pay with friends and family.
If they have a PayPal account, they pay through the listing like everyone else.
Asking a seller to step outside the parameters of the listing is a red flag for me. I’m going to take a guess and ask if this request was for your listing of the phone.
Friends and Family will allow him to see you email address. Once he had that, he can send you his fake PayPal email saying you have been paid.
Always log in to PayPal to confirm payment has cleared. Never rely solely on an email.
