Mistakenly purchased a printable label.

Earlier today I mistakenly purchased a printable label which I cannot use as I have no printer(I bought a QR code for the same parcel when I realised my mistake)

Can I get a refund?

Hi @baral1122 

You have to Void the label you do not plan to use on this page (using the drop down menu on the left and selecting Void): Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

Note: if you purchased a second one and are using the QR code then BOTH tracking numbers will be on the Sold item but only the one you ultimately use will be tracked and accepted by eBay for delivery confirmation.

Your account will be credited for the unused label in about 21 days or less.
