dashboard? Does it mean anything?Is this a glitch?Should I be concerned?

Took advantage of lower prices on eBay and bought some toner cartridges
for my laser printer. This is the second one that looks like this. If
it's too good to be true, it probably is. Seller does not accept
returns....hahaha
If the buyer has filed an INAD, eBay will side with the buyer. They do
not review the claims and make decisions. If the buyer is unhappy, they
make the buyer whole.
