Postage Refund

A couple of days ago I received an order from a customer.

I packaged up the item I purchased the shipping label.

The next morning I received a new order, so I packaged up that item and purchased the a shipping label.

When I was attaching the shipping label I noticed that the second order was from the same customer.

So  I opened the first package and placed the second item in with the first.

Now I have an unusable shipping label.

How can I get a refund on it?

Shipping labels.

Void the unused label on Orders > Shipping Labels. Wait for about 2 weeks to get refunded to your PayPal or payment source. 

Make sure the correct tracking number is attached to the item sold.  Edit the tracking number, found also on Shipping Labels.
