It's a coupon, so both or neither depending on what you choose and what the cost is.

I get a $35Cdn coupon, and most of the shipping supplies I use are more than that.

But the coupon covers most of the cost, I'm charged sales taxes on the original amount, and shipping is free.

This takes the cost of the poly envelopes I buy most often down to about 4c each which is cheaper than Staples and I don't have to drive for 20 minutes to get there and  another 20 back.
