I wish we could Block certain users from even SEEING our listings

There are a couple ebay sellers who are constantly harassing my by form of lowering their prices 5 cents below mine, no matter what I do, by using my marketing ideas and strategies, like copying the combinations I list, copying (yet rewording) marketing verbage.....etc

It's hurting my sales.  Can't they just get their own ideas?  I paid $200k for my degree in marketing, go get your own!

They may feel the same based on some of your listing titles.  I'm no expert, nor do I have a marketing degree,  but some of those sure don't sound legal to do.

when you click it you get the description etc from that listing....

Of course some rearrange it ....

Given that any user can view eBay listings without logging in (or even having an account, for that matter) I suspect your wish will never be fulfilled.

if you look at those sellers feedback some of there buyers  are saying its fake so maybe op is right its a counterfeit from china

Ebay used to have a policy against sellers copying other seller details and photos. Now, they other sellers just use my photo and copy and eBay doesn't care.

Yep: As for the photos you give them to ebay, and other can use them.
