Received Item from "mythings" and I did not order Item and address inside does not match my address and name.

Did you buy something from that seller? If so, I'd contact the seller and let them know that they appear to have mixed up shipping labels and ask how they want to handle the mistake. Let the know that if they send a return shipping label, you'll send it back. (You shouldn't have to purchase the label yourself since this isn't your error.)

Is the item basically worthless? Then it's from a Scam seller 'shipping to the same zip code as the intended recipient so they can sell them a $1000 item and send a 10c thing.
