buyer has contacted me with new offer, but he has used all his offers. how can I accept this offer, or is it allowed?

Shipped verified

I used USPS shipping .. did not use ebay labels.. my item was shipped and received.. but funds are still not released.. tracking says delivered..what do I do to get funds released?

Seems that it would be open to more sales if a seller could send offers for potential buyers that "look" but do not add to their watch list. Maybe that could be a change in eBay potentially in the near future?

I haven't sold on eBay in several years. There used to be a section called "purchased" or "purchases", where you could see items that had been purchased. You could see if an item sold it would be in green. If an item did not sell, it would be in red....
