USPS rate increases - other mailing issues

Has anyone experienced issues with USPS mail machines melting parts of plastic sleeves inside envelopes and sticking/tearing to the postcard surface? 

Lost a half dozen items in October, a couple items have been stucking in the mail in Dec but show up later.  Overall, no worries about USPS.

As far as I can see at least they paused the killer rate hikes on First Class packages. When I started selling it used to be $1.60 to send a 3 oz package, now it's over 4 bucks to some places and for some reason I still offer free shipping. 😜
