Pehaps try this, @2011pliny159 

First log out of eBay.

Then click to buy an item, and when you're asked to sign in

click Continue as a guest instead, then go through checkout, set your address, and pay.

See if you can place an order that way?

What operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.

See if you can use the latest version of another browser or another device.
