Listing Buy It Now only has Good til cancelled is only option

Why is there no longer a 30 day choice with buy it now. I went to relist an item and ebay says Good Til Cancelled is my only option. This is absurd. They are just hoping at 30 days, it'll relist before you realize it and they get their insertion fee ...

Sold terms changed

Buyer offered price asking for free shipping. I accepted the offer but didn't see the free shipping. We have renegotiated but the sold status shows the old shipping fee. How do I changerthe terms of the sale before payment
